These terms cover the Noor Ads waitlist site and, once live, the Noor Ads advertising platform. By joining the waitlist or using the platform you agree to them. We're an early-stage company and we'll update this page as the product grows — we'll never change it quietly on terms that affect money you're owed.
Noor Ads is open to any advertiser or app developer whose content meets our published content policy — no alcohol, gambling, riba-based finance, adult content, hate speech, extremism, tobacco, occult content, scams, or covert surveillance. You must be able to enter a binding agreement (an adult, or an authorized representative of a company) to sign up as an advertiser or publisher.
Every ad is reviewed by a human against our content policy before it serves. We can reject or remove any ad, at any time, that violates the policy. Rejection reasons are recorded and never deleted.
Specific revenue splits, founding bonuses, and payout schedules are agreed in writing, individually, with each advertiser or publisher before money changes hands — never silently inferred from this page. Where a written schedule exists (for example, a founding publisher agreement), that document governs.
Contextual targeting only: no device fingerprinting, no location data, no cross-app tracking. This is binding, and it won't change as the platform or any revenue terms change. See our privacy policy for detail.
You can stop using Noor Ads at any time, with no exit fee and no lock-in, unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise. We can suspend or remove an advertiser or publisher who violates the content policy or these terms.
Noor Ads is provided "as is" while in early/founding stage. We do not guarantee a level of traffic, fill rate, or earnings. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or platform, to the extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Noor Ads operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
